RESTAURANT INFO PARACLETE WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: All event - related permits One 10x10 Booth Two - 8’ tables with linen toppers Restaurant signage (optional) Electrical requirements Parking for restaurant vans/trucks, including staff A full and final outline of the event Parking for staff and vans/trucks Event guideline packet with instructions for parking, overall setup, electrical outlet locations, etc. RESTAURANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE: Providing Paraclete with a business card (with logo artwork) for our commemorative calender and promotional items Returning your request menu/operational needs form well in advance of the event Provide 2-3 menu items for at least 1200 people (we suggest a tablespoon sample size) Provide your cooking, containment, and serving equipment (NOTE: All equipment must conform to all county health as well as fire department regulations) Provide any open flame cooking apparatus - including BBQ equipment - to prepare food (NOTE: All forms of open flame cooking are only allowed outside the complex) Advise Paraclete if a warmer unit is needed Advising Paraclete of all electrical needs. We will setup and maintain connections prior to the event, though each restaurant needs to bring their own cords unless prior arrangements are made with Paraclete. Setting up area between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday, March 7, 2010 in their assigned Extreme Cuisine location Removing all equipment by 11pm on Sunday, March 7, 2010 Interested parties should download the below form and return it Paraclete H.S.
