WINERY INFO PARACLETE WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: All event - related permits One - 6’ table area to pour wine and displayed winery Winery Signage (optional) Decor which will coordinate with the theme of the evening Linen for tables and napkins 100lbs of ice Providing all guest with plastic sampling cups Parking for staff and vans/trucks Marketing of event to promote winery involved Providing participating winery with final information package and event day instructions, i.e., parking locations, etc. WINERIES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE: Furnishing enough wine for the anticipated 1,200 guest. Each winery may showcase 2-4 of its wines (small wine tasting portions) When pouring wine not to give more than pour line provided on wine glass Providing Paraclete with a business card (with logo artwork) for the souvenir brochure Providing a rep to pour wine and promote the winery.
